Product Description:
Boiler seamless tube is a kind of seamless tube. The manufacturing
method is the same as seamless pipe, but there are strict
requirements on the type of steel used to manufacture steel pipe.
According to the use of temperature is divided into two kinds of
general boiler tube and high-pressure boiler tube.
1) The general boiler seamless pipe temperature is below 450℃,
domestic pipe is mainly made of No. 10, 20 carbon bonded steel hot
rolled pipe or cold drawn pipe.
2) High-pressure boiler tubes are often used under high temperature
and high pressure conditions. Under the action of high temperature
flue gas and water vapor, oxidation and corrosion will occur in the
tubes. The steel pipe is required to have high durable strength,
high oxidation corrosion resistance and good microstructure
stability.

Method Of Manufacture:
The tubes shall be manufactured by a seamless process and shall be
cold finished.
It is permissible for cold finished tubes to have on internal or
external surfaces an adherent layer of residual lubricant
originating from the drawing process. If phosphate or other
residues are detrimental to subsequent processing, then their removal shall be
the subject of an agreement
between the manufacturer and the purchaser.
Delivery Condition:
The tubes shall be supplied in one of the following delivery
conditions
a) Cold finished/hard (cold finished as drawn): BK;
b) Cold finished/soft (lightly cold worked): BKW
c) Annealed: GBK
d) Annealed (including de-scaling): GZF;
e) Normalized: NBK
f) Normalized (including de-scaling): NZF.
